Our main production line is fully automated production, which can produce paper bags and non-woven bags. Our automatic machine includes flexographic printing machine, gravure printing machine, screen printing machine and full automatic paper bag (non-woven bag) making machine. The daily production capacity of custom automatic paper bags and automatic non-woven bags is about 50,000 pieces per day.
The hand sewing production line is for custom hand sewing NWPP bag, insulated bag and canvas bag. We also set the QC in the production line to ensure our quality. The production capacity is about 50,000 to 80,000 pieces/month.
We also care about environmental sustainability issue. The procurement of raw materials and printing inks we selected eco-friendly water-based ink. According to paper and non-woven waste generated in the production process. We have properly planned the recycling plan to make recycling more efficient, and reduce the impact on the environment.
